If you were on a walk with a friend, I’m guessing you might be saying something like, “I’m thinking of buying a house, but the process feels overwhelming. I don’t know how to make the decision, and I don’t know who to trust.” Or something like, “I’m thinking of selling my house. I don’t know where to start or how to prepare it. I don’t know what it’s worth, or who to talk to.”
